We reserve the right to refuse any Call for Entries submission placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities submitted per person, per household or per submission, whether or not the submission has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. These restrictions may include submissions placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel a submission, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit submissions that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by those who do not have the permission of the copyright holder to submit the art.
By submitting artwork to the Spectrum Fantastic Art Call for Entries you state that you are the copyright © holder or have the permission of the copyright © holder to submit the work and grant Spectrum permission to include accepted entries in the Spectrum annual and promotion of Spectrum. By submitting an entry, you agree you will not assert against Flesk Publications, Spectrum Fantastic Art, the jurors of the Spectrum International Competition for Fantastic Art or any employer, affiliate, licensee, agent, employee or assignee of any juror, any claim based on plagiarism, infringement, confidential relationship, implied contract, unfair competition or otherwise arising out of any alleged use of the material submitted to this competition.
